Some 70 works are on display. Among the gems is a delicate 1964 watercolor by James Wyeth that hints at humbler days in the space program, when technicians rode bicycles to check on the launchpad. And then there's William Wegman's playful 2001 vision of dogs in space (see them suited up?) ? not the starry night of Van Gogh's imaginings, for sure, but mesmerizing in its own way.

Why Cheryl Cole Was Kicked Off 'X Factor'

Eamonn McCormack/Getty Images

LONDON -- With her little-girl vulnerability, thick regional accent and homespun good sense, Cheryl Cole?has long been the U.K.'s sweetheart. And until yesterday, it looked as though the support of Simon Cowell?would be enough to propel the Girls Aloud singer to the pinnacle of her TV career, a coveted judging slot on Fox's version of The X Factor.

Now it seem that Cowell has lost his battle to keep Cheryl, with Fox bosses taking the view, according to reports, that her strong North Eastern British accent is problematic. Other reports cite a lack of chemistry with Paula Abdul, homesickness and the fact that she hasn't been up to the mark in the glamor stakes as reasons she may have been ditched.

In Britain, Cole's place in the national consciousness owes as much to the tabloid frenzy surrounding her power-couple breakup with her cheating ex-husband, Premier League soccer star Ashley Cole, as it does to her judging role on Britain's X Factor.

But she won over audiences for her unapologetic -- and to many, unenviable -- Geordie accent, as well as her support for underdog contestants and her fondness for addressing wannabe contestants as "pet."

In the North East of England the Geordie accent is known for its drawn out vowels and its its clipped words: 'yes' becomes 'ya' and the last consonant is often dropped. A spoof in the Guardian newspaper suggested that American audiences might have trouble understanding Cheryl's dialect, struggling to understand that when she said "Ya dazzlin, pet. Keep gannin like that and yazall be a star," what she meant was "you are doing very well, keep going and you will be a star."

In reality, her accent is far from as problematic, and if anything, her heartfelt directness seemed to endear her further to British audiences.

Most notably, her performance earned her the all-important support of Simon Cowell, who elevated her to the top of the pile of his U.K. judging line up and made it clear that he wanted her to be part of the US show.

Of course, the decision to ditch Cheryl may have been part of a strategic campaign of hype-building around the show. After all,?Cowell has along history of playing his leading ladies against each other, whether it is pitting Dannii Minogue against Cheryl, Cheryl against Paula Abdul, or now, Cheryl against Nicole Scherzinger, who is now rumoured to take her place.

But if the reports are true and a downcast Cole is heading back to the UK with her dreams in tatters, she can at least be assured of a national welcome.

"Agree Cheryl Cole is better off in the UK where she is very good. What do the Yanks know anyway?" tweeted The Apprentice host Alan Sugar.

Dannii Minogue, who was recently fired from the X Factor U.K. judging line-up Tweeted "Judging [X Factor] should come with a life jacket, drop-down oxygen and a life raft."

Meanwhile, comedian Russell Brand also offered his commiserations while being interviewed on ITV morning show Daybreak.

"Our Cheryl? That cannae be right," he said, imitating Cole's famous Newcastle accent. "I've come to this country in good faith and they've kicked our Cheryl off? Oh no! She's Britain's sweetheart."

Asked if he thought that an American audience would have trouble with Cheryl's accent, Brand advised: "Just listen more, just listen very intently. All them things she's saying -- that's English."

Check out highlights of Cheryl Cole on X Factor below.?

The climate of the country is continental in the inner parts of the country, Spain is a diverse country sharing the Iberian Peninsula with Portugal at the western end of the Mediterranean Sea. Spain makes a great destination for any kind of trip. A country of large geographic and cultural diversity, Spain is a surprise to those who only know its reputation for great beach holidays. The main physical feature of Spain is the vast central plateau, or Meseta, divided by several chains of sierras. The higher northern area includes Castile and Leon, the southern section comprises Castile/La Mancha and Extremadura.

Spain is extremely hot during mid-summer, in July and August. The rest of the year the climate is generally temperate in the north, but warm in the south. The best time to visit is during spring or autumn, except for the Atlantic coast, which has heavy rains in October and November. August is the busiest month, while May and October are the best times for both ideal weather and fewer crowds. Madrid and the high central area can get very cold during winter. July and August are the height of the tourist season and Spain flights and holidays can be expensive. Early summer and into autumn are also popular. Spain is very popular with families so prices will be higher during school holidays and half-term breaks.

If you finished dealing with theEquipment and clothing, you can then look for the bees that live in your hive. The best time for the bees to get in early to enter for a chance to settle in their new home and start to have honey in their first season.

Here, too, your local beekeeping association is a good place to try for your bees. Although members do not always have the bees when they are given as beekeepers often the first choice. If not, then you can try your source for beesSpecialist breeders in your area. Some providers may even offer a colony starter registered mail, if you prefer. The Red Dress Club: Let's Play : These Little Waves by Galit Breen

I?m so going to kick your butt! I smile up at my future husband.

No, you?re so not. He smirks back. Only twenty years old he is tan, confident, in his element.

It?s my first time visiting Jason?s family in the Midwest, where we will eventually settle down. We?re disputing a game of Clue.

Today his younger brothers are handsome adults. Back then they were all arms and legs, skin and bones, braces and glasses. They watched our exchange somewhat bewildered, moderately amused.

Don?t worry guys, I?ve got this. She didn?t actually play games when she was little! His teasing envelops the bits and pieces that new relationships are made of.

Intimate details; what no one else knows.

Claiming heart spaces; subtly, confidently.

Our families differ in many ways. Some, more poignant than others.

Accent and palate.

Location and experience.

Staying and relocating.

But size is the most visible example. He is the oldest of four, I am an only child.

By necessity and priority, my childhood toys could never stand a chance next to Jason?s; single shelves compared to never ending plastic tubs. In this way, he?s right.

But where he?s wrong, is board games.

My parents and I moved regularly. Israel, West Virginia, New Jersey, California. In each new home we?d spend evenings bellied up to a coffee table, with games between us.?Parcheesi. Chinese Checkers. Backgamon. And our favorite, Clue.

Our game playing provided a familiar anchor. Turns. Rules. Quiet. Routine.

My father sat in the largest chair in the room, methodically explaining the firsts, seconds, and thirds. The directions, the how-tos.

My mother settled into the closest couch with a mug of steaming tea, no matter the season.

And I was on the floor. My knees curled beneath me, my elbows rested on the coffee table. I was the line enclosing the triangle of our family. Tightly.

Our routine was so practiced, so ingrained, that we could pick that triangle up, place it in our pockets and move it home to home, living room to living room.

When I visit Jason?s childhood home this first time, I search for his family?s rhythm. Their routine. Their triangle.

And it?s there. Sprawled out, pajamaed, treat-filled. Unfamiliar to me, but definitely there.

We watch home movies when we first wake and Star Wars until we fall asleep. Somewhere in between, we play games. Clue is one of their family?s favorites as well.

Loud laughter.

Endless snacks.

Disputed wins.

Jason?s memories quickly become my own. We meld and mix our childhood traditions.

Pajamas, laughter, and snacks from his side. Rules, routines, and the tight shape of a family from mine.

Eleven years later we have game nights with our own three children. Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Sorry. We?re not quite a triangle, but we?ve cobbled together our very own shape.

I?m excited to play Clue within this fold. When we do, I will teach the rules and Jason will teach how to break them.

And as for who actually won that first round of Clue? Well that all depends on who you ask, doesn?t it?

RemembeRED is a memoir meme. This week?s assignment is to recall the games you played when you were young. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

MONDAY, Might 23, 2011 (Well being.com) ? The proportion of children and teens in the U.S. who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability such as autism has increased 17% considering that the late 1990s, according to a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Between 1997 and 2008, the number of young children diagnosed with a disability rose from 8.2 million to roughly 10 million, or a lot more than 15% of all kids between the ages of 3 and 17, the researchers discovered.

This upward trend has been driven largely by surges in the number of youngsters diagnosed with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), despite the fact that the prevalence of stuttering and learning disabilities has also increased.

The study, which appears in the June problem of the journal Pediatrics, is the 1st time nationally representative information on developmental disabilities has been collected given that 1988, says Sheree Boulet, DrPH, one of the study?s authors and an epidemiologist at the CDC?s National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities.

The reasons for the increases aren?t clear, but growing awareness and increasing acceptance of developmental disabilities have probably played a massive role, Boulet says. For instance, she explains, the availability of early and powerful treatments for conditions such as ADHD may be encouraging much more parents to have their children screened for the disorder.

The study findings are to be expected, given the ?increased awareness and considerably greater reporting,? says Alan Hilfer, PhD, the director of psychology at Maimonides Medical Center, in New York City. (Hilfer was not involved in the new study.)

At the very same time, the occurrence of disabilities could be genuinely increasing. A shift toward having babies later in life, much more premature births, and growing use of fertility treatments?all of which are risk factors for developmental disabilities?could be contributing to the greater rates, the researchers say.

The findings ?suggest that there are some much more prevention strategies that could be put into use,? Boulet says.

The study was based on nationally representative health surveys that included in-person interviews with almost 120,000 young children across the country. During the interviews, the researchers asked parents regardless of whether their kids had been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, studying disabilities, cerebral palsy, seizures, stuttering or stammering, hearing loss, blindness, or intellectual disability (formerly recognized as mental retardation).

The overall disability rate rose from about 13% to just over 15% in the course of the 12-year study period. In 2008, the most widespread disabilities had been ADHD (7.6%) and understanding disabilities (7.2%). Roughly .75% of youngsters had been diagnosed with autism, up from .19% in 1997.

The only disability to decrease was moderate-to-profound hearing loss, which went down 31%.

Candles spell out the traditional English birt...Image via Wikipedia

To my dearest wife (well on 07/03/2011 you will be, but in my heart you have been for more than a year now) your birthday is upon us once again and I thought I would tell the world how I feel. We have six beautiful children (Damien, Devon, Kaelyb, Bailey, Kyra and Brighton), we have managed to come so far in such a short amount of time and I can feel our love/relationship grow stronger by day. I am so proud that you decided to try and really pursue a career in writing by publishing Birthright, and continuing to write out more of your ideas. I hope your birthday brings you joy and happiness and as always I look forward to the birthdays in your future.

A poem for my Wife on her birthday (05/23)

You know I love you.
And you must know too.
That my happiest moments.
Are those spent with you.
For when we're together.
Or when we're apart.
You're first in my thoughts.
And first in my heart.
Today's a very special day.
Reserved for just us two.
This comes with deepest fondest love.
From your hubby and best friend too.
I draw a circle, not a heart, around you.
My wife, the one I love.
Because a heart can break.
But a circle goes on for ever.
The things we feel the deepest.
Are the hardest things to say.
But dear wife you must know.
How much I love you anyway.
I'm hoping you'll know too.
How much I'm wishing happiness.
With all my heart for you.
How do I love thee?
Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and
height my soul can reach.
Each year your birthday reminds me
That I really want to say
I'm very glad I know you
I think of you each day.
I hope you enjoy your birthday
All the pleasures it has in store
And because I appreciate you
I hope you have many more!

What to Think About Before Buying a Horse - Pet Health Care Gazette

Buying a Horse
Today, I have something a little bit different for you. Most of you already know that Pet Health Care Gazette has focused most of our attention on dogs and cats. However, we recognize that many other types of animals make great pets too. Because my brother is a horse owner and I have spent a little bit of time around his horses, I know that horses can make wonderful pets, with a bond between horse and owner that is different but just as strong as the bond between a dog or cat and their owner. So, today I?d like to welcome Jade Evans, who very kindly offers this guest post on what to think about before buying a horse.

What to Think About Before Buying a Horse

Anytime a family decides to embrace a pet it means a lifestyle change. But there?s one kind of pet that is so much more than a pet, it almost becomes life defining. And that, of course, is a horse!

Any horse owner will tell you that their equine friend requires a huge amount of time and effort. But different kinds of horses require different kinds of care and levels of skill. If you are or have ever thought about bringing a horse into your life here are only a few of the major considerations, just for choosing the best horse for you.

Experience ? Your experience and comfort level with horses will make the most impact on your purchase. As a beginner, you?ll want a horse that can in some ways teach you. The worst mistake is getting one whose care and training requires far more skill than you have. It can be exhausting, stressful and even dangerous to both you and the animal.

Lifestyle ? You?ll need to consider what kind of life you want to have with your horse. Will it be competitive or is this a relationship of leisure? If you are planning to compete in equestrian events, you?ll need a horse bred and trained for competition. You?ll also need horse transport to get back and forth from events.

Temperament ? A fiery horse may be exciting but could be difficult to control, especially for an inexperienced owner. For a first timer you?ll want a horse that is generally calm and easy going. In this way, sometimes auction horses can be deceiving. That?s why it?s important to spend some time with the horse you want to buy to get a true feel for their personality.

Gender ? Pretty much everyone except for professionals, should avoid buying stallions. They are notorious for their bad attitudes for good reason; these headstrong horses can be dangerous. However, some mares and geldings can also be hot tempered. It will all depend on the horse?s individual nature.

Breed ? Once you?ve considered purpose and temperament, choosing a breed gets a little easier. Different breeds are more suited for different kinds of riding and tend to have similar personality traits. Thoroughbreds and Warmbloods are great for racing and jumping, while Quarter Horses and Missouri Fox Trotters are famous for their gentleness and smooth riding.

Size ? If you?re a 5?3? adult or the horse will be ridden by a child, you probably don?t want a 16 hand horse. Getting on and off comfortably is important of course, but if your horse is too big you may not be able to effectively use your legs to communicate signals to it.

Age ? A younger horse may be a nice idea, but it can also be troublesome. It?s sweet to imagine a child growing up with a horse, but because of training concerns it may just be impractical. Sometimes it?s better to get an older horse particularly for children or an owner that simply wants a riding companion. Just make sure the horse isn?t too old, because health problems can become financially exhausting.

Training ? Buying a horse without training because it?s cheaper isn?t always wise either. The less training the horse comes with the more intensive your work will be. Not to mention training can also be a complicated, perilous, long and expensive process that is best left to experts.

A few other things:

Not to gloss over these highly important considerations if you want to own a horse, but I could seriously write another post about each. Here is just a brief overview of some of the other major aspects of proper horse care.

Housing ? Horses need plenty of room and while it?s possible to keep a horse on your own property, be prepared for a rigorous schedule. Horses must be fed on a routine basis, and the stall must be cleaned daily. Not to mention exercise, attention, training and grooming. Because of the host of responsibilities involved with the day to day care of a horse, most people opt to board at a stable. Of course boarding is expensive and requires traveling to the stables almost every day. Whatever you choose, make any major housing decisions before buying the horse.

Food ? Even when your horse resides at a stable, you must still pay for food. While in some cases this cost is rolled into the monthly boarding fee, it may be an additional expense. It can add up to hundreds of dollars a year when you compile the costs of hay, grains, supplements and treats.

Medical Care ?A horse needs both a regular veterinarian and a farrier. Even if you have a veterinarian for other pets, only specially trained large animal vets can work with horses. Regular horse health care may only be a few hundred dollars a year, but if there is an accident or illness a horse can easily rack up thousands of dollars in medical bills. Also shoeing and hoof trimming for a horse can be a significant monthly bill.

There is even much more than this involved with selecting, buying and caring for a horse. If you are thinking about becoming a horse owner, realize that this will be a life changing decision. Before rushing into anything spend as much time around horses as you can. Talk to other horse owners, and get riding lessons. Visit local stables and see about volunteering there if you can. The more you can become familiar with the needs and nuances of this stunning animal the more prepared you will be to own one yourself.

Scott Pelley on '60 Minutes' Lance Armstrong Expose: 'It Was a Painful Interview' (Video)

Tyler Hamilton, left, and Lance Armstrong

Scott Pelley's 60 Minutes interview with Tyler Hamilton about Lance Armstrong's alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs has made headlines for the past several days -- but Pelley says it wasn't an easy interview to do.

In the piece, which aired Sunday night, Hamilton alleged that he and his former teammate both used "EPO ... testosterone ... a blood transfusion" while competing. (Armstrong strongly denies the allegations.)

RELATED:?Lance Armstrong's Attorney Slams CBS' 'Unpardonable Zeal to Smear' Tour de France Champ

But Pelley said getting the answers out of Hamilton was "like pulling teeth."

"It was a painful interview for him and a little bit painful for me as well," Pelley told 60 Minutes Overtime editor Ann Silvio.

Pelley said that whenever he asked Hamilton about the drug use, "he was reluctant to talk. He keeps looking up at the ceiling, looking down at his shoes, hesitating, pausing. It was just a very difficult thing for him to do."

RELATED:?Lance Armstrong, CBS News Engage in War of Words Over '60 Minutes' Expose

Why does Pelley think that was the case?

"He's essentially destroying his record that he worked so hard to achieve," Pelley said. "And he felt very badly about what he was doing to Armstrong."

RELATED:?Lance Armstrong vs. CBS News: Twitter Explodes in Advance of Tonight's Show

Pelley added that Hamilton also made a point several times throughout the interview to admit to his own guilt in using the drugs.?

"Every time he [pointed the finger at Armstrong], he always said something like, 'But that's what we all did,' or 'I did it with him, I did it too.' He didn't want it made out to be just Lance Armstrong who was the bad guy here, and I think that's one of the reasons the interview has so much credibility."

Pelley called Hamilton a "tragic figure" because the interview "destroys his record as one of the world's great cyclists."

He added that he doesn't take pleasure in having been the one who reported the expose.

"There is no joy in this for any of us who have worked on this story -- quite the opposite," Pelley said. "But if the sport -- if all of sports -- are going to be cleaned up, then these kinds of investigations need to be done."

Deficit Drives Debate As Congress Rides Shotgun

This week in Washington, policymakers will still be wrestling with the domestic economy and the twin burdens of the federal deficit and debt. Host Liane Hansen talks with NPR's Senior Washington Editor Ron Elving about the issue that's driving the debate in Washington and vexing politicians of both parties: the massive federal budget deficit.

LIANE HANSEN, host:

This is WEEKEND EDITION from NPR News. I'm Liane Hansen.

This week in Washington, policymakers will still be wrestling with the domestic economy and the twin burdens of the federal deficit and debt. Many Republicans are seizing on calls from Democrats to raise the nation's debt limit. Here's House budget committee chairman Paul Ryan.

Representative PAUL RYAN (Republican, Wisconsin, Chair, Budget Committee): Like John Boehner said, for every dollar the president wants to raise the debt limit, we're saying cut at least a dollar's worth of spending because that is the necessary thing to do to stave off a debt crisis.

HANSEN: In recent decades, the national debt has risen dramatically, and the tide of red ink seems to be carrying all other policy issues with it. NPR's senior Washington editor Ron Elving is in the studio. Hi, Ron.

RON ELVING: Good to be with you, Liane.

HANSEN: So, this week there was a significant moment in the debt struggle. We hit the limit - no more borrowing allowed, right?

ELVING: In a sense, yes, at least for a period of time. What happened was that we hit the debt ceiling set by law, which was $14,294,000,000,000 dollars. We hit it right on schedule, as it were. And what didn't happen was that the market didn't crash and the Treasury said it would manage various accounts so as to keep afloat without new borrowing for a matter of about another 10 weeks.

And the idea is to give the White House and the Congress more time to negotiate a deal so that they can raise the limit again, the way they've done nearly 100 times since World War I.

HANSEN: So, they have until August. Are there negotiations going on?

ELVING: Well, there are at least two sets of negotiations going on. One is the so-called Biden group, led by the vice president, and he is meeting with Republican and Democratic leaders from Congress, from both the House and the Senate, and they're focused on the debt ceiling. And they'd like to get some kind of a deal by which the budget deficit would be reduced over the years to go by an amount that would be somewhat equivalent to the new increase in the debt ceiling. So, we're talking hundreds of billions of dollars here when they really probably need to be talking trillions of dollars.

But we may have a serious of stop-gaps where they do it in hundreds of billions and have to come back to it time and again. Now, that would keep the pressure on both sides to keep negotiating but it might not be all that reassuring to the credit markets where the U.S. has to go to borrow money.

HANSEN: And what about the other group - the senators who had a bipartisan group looking into, what, a long-term global deal on the deficit?

ELVING: Yes. And a lot of us were holding out a good deal of hope and faith in that group. But this week, the so-called gang of six - three Republicans, three Democrats in the Senate - suffered a major blow, a perhaps crippling blow. They lost one of their members, Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, who said, well, the Democrats just weren't coming across with enough cuts, particularly in the Medicare program. And this Medicare issue, of course, has been enormously difficult for both parties.

We've just seen in the last week what it did to Newt Gingrich, presidential candidate, who got boxed up in talking about whether or not the plan that the House Republicans had passed, the Paul Ryan budget plan, was too radical, did too much social engineering - to use his phrase - and we saw what that did to his candidacy. And a wide swatch of Republicans rose up to smite him for having talked like that about Paul Ryan.

So, Tom Coburn pulled out of this negotiation with the Democrats, saying the Democrats really had to own up to the difficulties with Medicare and the cost of Medicare in the long run. If he, Tom Coburn, were going to be willing to support any kind of tax increases at all - and that was the predicate of this entire gang of six - that there would be some tax increases to go with larger spending cuts.

HANSEN: We're going to talk more about Coburn's departure from the gang of six in a moment, but what is the Senate going to do with the Ryan budget, the one that the House sent over?

ELVING: It looks like they're going to have a vote on it this week, and that does not make the Republicans happy because they know they're not going to have enough votes to pass it in the Senate - too many Democrats in the Senate - and they don't really want to have to vote on that budget and vote for these big changes in Medicare, making it a voucher and private insurance system. They don't want to vote on that if it's not going to happen, and yet they pretty much have to vote for it, especially after what they saw happen to Newt Gingrich last week.

So, it's a tough position for the Republicans to be in and they would much rather have a vote on some kind of Democratic budget they could be against.

HANSEN: But what do the Republicans in the Senate want?

ELVING: They would like the Democrats to do essentially what Paul Ryan has done in the House - come forward with something tough-minded, something politically unpopular. And in the case of what Kent Conrad and the other Democrats on the Senate budget committee would likely bring forward, that would probably include some unpopular tax cuts, mostly in discretionary spending rather than in entitlement programs like Medicare. And it would also include some kinds of tax increases, whether they were on corporations or on higher-income individuals, some kind of revenue increases the Republicans would like to be able to vote against.

HANSEN: Do you see any hope on the horizon here?

ELVING: This week on Wednesday, there is a public event in town sponsored by the Peter Peterson Foundation. This is an anti-deficit outfit, private and formal group, and it is billed as the fiscal summit 2011. It will bring together the remaining gang of five from the Senate and also Paul Ryan, the man from the House and also former President Bill Clinton. Now, he was the last president to actually bring forward a budget that had a projected balance and even surplus in the future.

So, if you still believe in a place called hope, you can stay tuned next week.

HANSEN: NPR senior Washington editor Ron Elving. Thanks a lot, Ron.

ELVING: Good to be with you, Liane.

Critics of kettlebell training simply write it off to be a passing novelty with out a accurate knowledge of the historic record along with the mutual record of kettlebell training and athletic advancement and fitness level training.

The best way to work Kettlebell circuits is by working out with a teammate. You each yell out the drill that your teammate is to perform for their upcoming rep. This merely really adds some mayhem and lots of excitement to the exercise session. What?s more, it becomes really relentless with each partner working to outdo the other. Just be sure to choose workouts that can be intense and performed promptly and also within the skill set of your partner. Kettlebell pricing is really cost effective, subsequently there are no excuses, buy kettlebells now.

I m aware of the databases of hype which have been developed about kettlebell training and it s health advantages, sometimes this hype is for marketing and advertising uses, more frequently however, it s for a good reason. Kettlebell training holds many unique benefits over other sorts of training tools within the health expert and health coaches guide.

Together with the kettlebell exercises you might also need one of my personal favorites, kettlebell snatches. This just cannot be achieved by using another training tool (with the omission of large rocks)
Kettlebell Sport (generally known as Lopez Recreation) requires this specific higher repetition kettlebell lifting. The 2 main workouts are the kettlebell snatch along with the kettlebell jerk. Additionally , there is the extensive routine, and that is a clean and jerk, along with other auxiliary lifting sometimes done in competition. The emphasis in the sports activity is to get as many reps as possible in one go in a 13 minute period of time. This game can take wonderful strength and endurance and emotional durability.

kettlebells are best utilized in increased repetition ballistic exercises. This is how the largest positive aspects are available. Likewise the kettlebells can readily set in the holder as well as overhead, which will additionally lends these items to training. It is possible to work swift and a long time, making your explosiveness and conditioning.
